Spa Receptionist (will be stationed in Sanur)

Job description:
Answer incoming telephone calls and greet clients
Book all spa services and spa packages
Inform and educate clients about our products and services
Provide superior service and etiquette.

Job qualifications:
Previous spa reception, hair salon, cosmetics sales experience, restaurant or hospitality industry
experience.
Retail/ customer service experience and skills.
Schedule flexibility is a must includes one weekend day.
Familiarity and comfort using a computer.
Candidates who don't meet job qualifications will not be considered!

Beauty Therapist (will be stationed in Sanur)

Job description:
As a Beauty Therapist on our programme you will be trained to our standard requirements.
Beauty Therapist will have to work independently and use their own initiative.
Responsible for delivering treatments, actively promote your services within the spas.
Encouraging guest to use of the wellness facilities by providing information and promotions.

Job qualifications:
Previous experience in a Spa Hotel environment would also be advantageous.
Have a warm and genuine personality who really care about delivering only the highest customer care levels.
Flexible in their approach to work as the hours can be long and hard.
From time to time, when the demand for treatments is low, you may be required to help in other areas of the spa.

Spa Supervisor (will be stationed in Sanur)

Job description:
You will be able to manage a small team and deliver excellent customer service.
Overseeing the daily operation of the entire spa, reception and salon areas.
Effectively drive treatment delivery to meet, and where possible exceed, targets; drive the development of the Spa.
Assist the Spa Manager in developing our wellness programme for all spas.
Develop the Spa employees to their full potential
Manage the Spa bookings and develop procedures; produce work rotates; stock control and ordering,
total control of health & safety in the Spa area, keeping all records and guidelines up-to-date.

Job qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be a good communicator, be able to motivate their team.
Outgoing personality and hold the relevant qualifications.
Be able to cover all areas of the Spa as and when required. This is a 'hands on' position.

Spa Manager (will be stationed in Lombok)

Job Description:
Ensure through effective supervision that all services offered at the Spa such as professionalism,
efficiency and courtesy.
Oversee, supervise and monitor all facets of daily operations.
Maintain and enhance guest satisfaction through effective relations and inter-personal skills.
Assist subordinates during peak periods and during shortage of manpower.
Ensure that expenses are in line, or below, with Department’s Operational Budget and that costs are strictly controlled.
Responsible and accountable for the Profit & Loss of the outlets.

Job Qualifications:
Female aged over 28 years old
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Experience in hotel or spa related industries
Excellent command of English and Japanese is an advantage
Good attitude and pleasant personality
Highly independent, hard working and a team player
Computer literate
